The aim of this workshop is to offer you the opportunity to learn the best way to develop a domain.

This workshop is made for people who are looking for a vineyard purchase, who have bought it or who own it. This workshop is great way to develop a domain.

We will discuss about those points
- dynamic on the wine market in France and export
- positioning on the market : promises and rates positioning
- distribution networks : how to get to the costumer
- economic model : fixed prices, variable costs, standstill, investments and treasurer
- promotion of a vineyard

In order to shows a practical and synthetic point, we will discuss about the strategic options of the Cazaban Domain.

Martin Cubertafond, teacher at Sciences Po Paris in the vine and wine international organisation and in the wine university of Suze la Rousse.
