RECOLTE :
60 Hectolitres en moyenne.
La majorité de la récolte est vinifiée en cave coopérative. Seulement
100 hectolitres sont vinifiées dans la cave mais l’on peut travailler
la totalité de l’exploitation.
LA CAVE :
Sur une colline, disposant d’une vue superbe.
Sa surface est de 240m² sur 2 niveaux. Elle est semi enterrée. Le
rez-de-chaussée est destiné à la vinification et le 1er étage comprend
1 bureau et un grand espace à aménager. (Plancher refait). Eau potable
de la ville et source.

- Cuves Béton : 650 hectolitres.
- Cuves Inox et Fibres à chapeau flottant : 200 hl (de 3 à 30hl).
